ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPPING

We currently offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping times vary by location and selected method at checkout.
Troy x Delilah is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once your package is with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie is final sale, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, contact kshort@troyxdelilah.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item

We’ll review your claim within 1–2 business days and provide next steps for replacement or store credit.
Body Care: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened products are final sale.
Packaging & Affirmations: Inserts and affirmation cards are keepsakes and not returnable.
